The Vyšehrad Residence holds a total of 26 apartments. It consists of two buildings connected on the ground and the 1st underground floors where there is a garage with 28 parking spaces. Block A features 5 above-ground floors, block B features 4 above-ground floors. However, the last floor of both the buildings comprises only the second floor of bi-level apartments. The balconies and terraces offer unique views of the panorama of the whole city, including Hradčany. Apartments located on the ground floor of Building B feature an electronic alarm system.
The main entrance leads into a spacious lobby with a reception; each building has here a separate entrance with a lift. The ground floor features a fitness centre and sauna reserved only for residents and their visitors. In addition, the building contains a restaurant and a wellness studio also available for the public. Therefore these establishments have also separate entrances from the street.
